WH & X-Mas Tree Installation
and field Maintenance
ICCEnergy PCE Team support offers a range of services to maintain and complete wellheads. We are experts in various wellheads, chokes, and valves, from different OEM leaders.
What Do We Do?
Perform all Field inspection and survey services for WH& Xmas trees; inspection services in general of Xmas trees, wellhead, cellar pumping & clearance, corrosion, pressure and leak testing.
Field maintenance of WH& Xmas tree, such as planned maintenance, i.e. flushing, greasing, sealing, function testing, integrity checks, repair and service in general, de-sanding, hydro testing, bolt torquing, identification signage & installation.
Workshop WH& X-Mas tree Maintenance, disassembly, refurbishment, redress, pressure testing, assembly and testing services, basic machine shop requirements, such as but not limited to re-threading, re-tapping, drilling etc.
In cooperation with OEM to maintain WH& Xmas tree inventory management services, well passport control and updating, planned maintenance data storage and analysis, DMS (data management system) for all activities to be carried with the clients.

By utilizing these standards along with our expertise, our inspectors can accurately assess the current status of tubing connections, threading, and overall structural integrity. This allows us to identify any potential issues and recommend appropriate repairs, ultimately saving our clients time and money.
Proper routine inspections and on-the-job field inspections are essential for maintaining tubular assets during storage or operations. By defining the repairs required and taking advantage of reusing the same tubular assets for further applications whenever possible, our clients can maximize the value of their investments.
