API Gate Valves & Manifolds
Among our product range of supply are all types of API 6A Gate valves ranging from PSL1-4.
Our products are widely covering all types of applications and we source the material from our reliable and optimised cost-efficient technical partners.
Product Range Features:
- Bi-directional in design, Metal to Metal sealing and Stem backseating capability.
- Stem backing can be replaced while valves are under pressure.
- Available in API material AA-HH range
- Working Pressure up to 350 F
- Material Suitable for Sour Service and Corrosion in accordance with NACE MR-01-175
Our in-house capabilities for engineering, fabrication and manufacturing capabilities set us forward to offer in-house fabricated manifolds, including but not limited to all types of pressure control security manifolds and production skid manifolds.
Blow Out Preventers (BOP’s) systems

Product Range Features:
- Products are available in carbon and alloy grades produced by seamless and ERW methods at the most advanced technology tier-one leaders in according to API Spec 5CT.
- All OCTG casing and tubing pass through intensive ultrasonic and electromagnetic NDT inspection as per API Spec 5CT.
- Pipe ends and couplings are tested using luminescent magnetic fluid.
- Tensile, flattening and hydrostatic tests are carried out according to specifications and/or upon customer request.
- Outside pipe surfaces are covered with black lacquer. Threads are covered with compounds and protectors.
- Our OEM’s offering API and Premium Connections Range as per clients needs.
Drill Pipes and other Drill Stem Elements
ICC Energy provides drill pipes in every weight, grade and size from 2-3/8” to 7-5/8” from western and eastern origin OEM’s manufacturers.
ICC Energy assures the quality of the supply products that ensure smooth operation to our customers and minimize the NPT and rejection rates. ICC Energy works with OEM’s that are implementing vigorous quality checks to ensure each piece meets strict quality standards for superior durability and performance.
Products offered:
- with a minimum of 95% nominal wall thickness on new drill pipe.
- All of tool joints exceed API requirements and all threading is performed in accordance with API Spec 7-2.
- Tool joint markings are applied to API RP7G specifications or to meet customer requirements.
- Hardbanding and internal plastic coating options are also available upon request.
